Love is definitely not the prevailing level of consciousness of mankind. 78 percent of the world's population calibrates below 200(basic intergrity) and is therefore focused on negativity. Only 2 percent of the population ever reaches Unconditional Love.

In the lower 400s there is egotism about the itellect and reason. God is replaced by science as the font of all knowledge and hope of the future. In the 300s politics becomes the hope for man's salvation and wars are fought. At this level dualistic preoccupation with the limited realm of 'right versus 'wrong' with its innate blindness to the positionality that creates such a dichotomy.
The lower levels live in a chaotic world because definitions of right or wrong vary from moment to moment. This level is very vulnerable to news media, which exploits it to the maximum.
In the 500s, the tendency to get caught in limitations of opposites diminishes. Spirit in the form of love begins to dissolve the extremes. 500 the level of the heart becomes the bridge from secularism, righteousness, and vindictive moralism to open the door for consideration of alternative views. The great power of the 500s is in the use of the faculty of understanding, which allows for the progression to 540, Unconditional Love.
In these levels there is the capacity to differentiate the act from the actor. Also, there is the capacity to realize man's limitations and inability to rise above them. There is a willingness to forgive them 'for they know not what they do'. Forgiveness becomes the keystone.
One sees all actions as the result of a multitude of contrubuting factors so that responsibility is now seen as being present to varying degrees, dependant on context and conditions. Behavior takes on shades of meaning and knee-jerk oversimplifications are no longer acceptable. It becomes comprehensible that things do not happen against a person's will but only by concurrance of one's own current or prior spiritual positions with the choices one has made. Human life is an epic dramatization of all the possibilities below 600, at which point the context changes dramatically. Perception is replaced by vision. What was seen as misfortune in the world is now seen as a gift by more advanced awareness of vision. Identification with the physical body ceases and thus 'death' disappears as a possible reality.
Levels over 600 can most accurately by described as a state or condition that is all prevailing and self-evident as there is neither subject or object. The knower and the known are self-identical and self-evident as one and the same. That the body was ever considered to be 'me' seems absurd. All the fears and vicissitudes of life disappear, there is a rememberance that one always has been and always will be, that survival was never a problem at all. One's safety has been gauranteed all along by the reality of the Self, beyond time and space.
Awareness of the 700s is All that Is. Because the universe is self-evolving and self-fulfilling, no intervention is necessary. All is in perfect balance and harmony.
The 800s and 900s represent the highest potentials of consciousness in humanity. A sage may occasionally return to the world but the world has been transformed. It no longer needs 'saving' but is an energy field to lift and reinforce. Each consciousness in the world that calibrates above the level of Integrity(200) serves to counterbalance the negativity of the 78 percent that reflects below 200. The universe is totally free of victims and all eventualities are the unfolding of inner choices and decision.

The truths of every religion originate from the awarenss of the mystics who were the avatars upon whom the religions were founded. These were uniformly God-realized spiritual geniuses who were able to share their experience, information, and knowledge for the benefit of mankind. When we confirm their level of enlightenment with the described technique of calibration, we arrive at the following examples:

It is important to be aware that Truth is not provable nor subject to proof, nor is it in the category or province of knowledge that is measurable, such as the subject of Logic. Truth is only that which is verifiable by the realization of subjective, experiential reality.
From the totality of authentically verifiable sources of spiritual knowledge can be distilled an absolute, irreducible quintessence, a core of absolute valididty that transcends all positionalities or editorializing for either advantage or gain. From the source of the subjective reality from which these words emanate, as well as the derivation of man's spiritual experience throughout history, the following statements can be made with absolute certainty:
1.God is both manifest as the Totality and Allness of Creation and simultaniously unmanifest as the Godhead, the Infinite Potentiality and source or 'voidness' prior to form.
2.God is infinite beyond time or depictions of space or locality, without beginning or end.
3. God is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient.
4.God is the source and substrate of consciousnes, awareness, knowingness, and sentience.
5.God is the sole source of the energy of life.
6.God is the source of evolution and Creation, which are one and the same.
7.God is the source and presence of peace, love, stillness, and beauty.
8.God is beyond all universes and materiality, yet is the source of All That Is.
9.God is the sole source of existance and the potentiality of beingness.
10.God is the ultimate context of which the universe and all existence is the content.
11.God is the a priori formless source of existence within all form
12. God is not within the province of the provable or the intellect.
13.God is the source and essence of the subjective state of 'I-ness'called Enlightenment.
14.God is the radical subjectivity of Self-realization.
15.God is descriptively immanent and transcendent.
16. The human experience of the Presence of God is the same in all ages, all cultures, and all localities.
17. The effect on human consciousness of the experience of the Presence of God is subjectively transformative and identical throughout human history. It leaves a timeless mark that is verifiable as a calibration of a recorded level of consciousness.
18.The essence of God does not include human frailties, such as partiality, the desire to control, favoritsm, duality, judgmentalism, wrath, righteous anger, resentment, limitation, arbitrariness, vanity, revenge, jealousy, retaliation, vulnerability, or locality.
19.The variables of the depictions of Divinity reflect the variabilities of human perception and the projections of the impediments of the ego and it's positionalities.
20.The purity of the Presence of God is traditionally the essence of the ineffable quality of holiness and is the basis for the depictive term 'sacred'. That which is devoid of content is the equivalent of Innocence.
21. When the obstacles of human mentation, emotionality, and the ego's structures from which they are derived are transcended, the Self as God Immanent shines forth of its own accord, just as the sun shines forth when the clouds are removed.
22.God is the context and source of the karmic unity of all Creation, beyond all perceptual descriptions or limitations, such as time or space.
23.Truth is verifiable only by identity with it and not by knowing about it.

The sage then confirms that the karmic laws of Creation supersede all the illusions and errors of the ego. The message to be conveyed by spiritual teachings is that just as the physical body is subject to the laws of linear physics, spiritual body is subject to the laws of nonlinear spiritual truth, which are quite different. Because of the rudimentary level of the evolution of man's consciousness, the avatar, mystic, or sage has been illumiated in order to teach the difference between the two domains.
Human life seems to represent a staging process or dimension by which life as consciousness evolves from the simples life energy, such as the cell of the body, through elaboration as form, and progresses up through the animal kingdon, on through the complexity of the primate and the evolution of an intelligence to enable comprehension. As intelligence develops, it becomes capable of investigation and comprehension of meaning and abstract derivation of essence apart from form, that is, content vis-a-vis context. Out of context arises the inference of and search for source in the capacity for spiritual awareness.
The animal knows and loves that it is, but it has no knowledge of its source or its destiny. The spritual sage emerges as a consequence of that level of consciousnesss which discovers its source and proclaims the discovery for the information of all. The spiritual information then illuminates the possiblities of the soul's destiny at the cessation of the human physicality.
When mankind hears the news, some individuals become very excited or fearful and therefore become authoritarian. They form groups and report unique or strange experiences. They then part from the group and start their own interpretation of what has been revealed. In addition, they nominalize their declarations as rules, regulations, or authoritarian pronouncements that become 'canon, 'law' or ecclesiastic doctrines.
Some of these deviations over time are given such undue emphasis that they actually obscure and eclipse the truth from which they were derived. Thus the innocence of consciousness is, at the same time, it's achilles heel and vulnerable to attack from the energies that actually refuse spiritual truth. We can conclude by surveying all verifiable spiritual information available to man that the karmic unity of all Creation, beyond all time or expression, is immutable in its manifestations and concordance with its unity which we call God.
